Delete User's Parameters

There are two types of parameters that are required by the filter.

System parameters that indicate the column where the filter will operate
the second is the parameter that is run against the data in selected row in order to narrow the collection of the rows that should me transfer to the recipients table

The user defined parameter when is inserted in the control and successfully run it's stored temporary in the control list for reuse. Its life cycle ends when it is removed from the control by clicking button or when the Source Manager is closed
