In general add-in is a software program that extends the capabilities of larger programs. In our case it extends the capabilities of MS Office and specifically WS Word. MS Word is a great tool that exists on the market many years already. One of its tools is the Mail merge that is helping you in sending e-mails, creating letters and envelopes, and design the labels. Bulk mail for Acomba is using MS Word Mail merge for that. The add-in is associated with a Source Manager that is helping in design and/or sending selected documents. The Mail merge is extremely powerful in sending the E-mails. It can send a a massive number of e-mail in a sever minutes. When Bulk mail for Acomba is activating the Data Source designed specifically for that application it decrypts the records giving you the access to the records that origin directly from Acomba software.
You can use the records stored in data Source in order to personalize created documents. Also with a few clicks you can create the full address and insert it in the envelop. The rest is done automatically and in the few minutes you will have ready the hundreds envelops ready to send by mail. In order to personalize it you will use the variables that express the records (each variable is actually the header of the column in Data Source table) .
In the Data Source there is following representation other records
