The move next button is moving the cursor to the first record in the collection of data. This action is enabling the Move Previous and Move First buttons but is disabling the Move Next and Move Last buttons respectively when is reaching the last row of the data.

The button is affecting the records in the Details area and the relative row of table of data as well.
