Process All Records Option
The Load all records check box is allowing to load the records that has missing e-mail address. The main purpose of this application is sending the e-mail that is why it is important that the data without e-mail address is usually removed from the collection. However, when you create the other options for instance the letter and envelop the e-mail is not relevant. In such case the records that are missing the e-mail address can me included in the collection of the records.
The image below is showing the data in the table that is including the row where the e-mail is missing and in this case the field is replaced with N/A parameter. It appears in the collection because the [Load all records] checkbox was checked forcing the application to display all records that exists in the database.
