below the toolbar the records details area is located. It contains the Following items:


  1. Setup ID - unique number representing the row of data. The number is created independently and is read only
  2. Date  Created - date the registry was made. The Date is created independently and is read only
  3. Doc ID - unique numeric representation of the source file
  4. Document Name - The name of the document.
  5. Document path - The path where the document is located
  6. Type - the type of the Source File. In general is the text file in order to maintain the most common file that can me used for the Source file. However there is possible to create the Word and Excel files but special modification has to me applied for request of the user
  7. Source name - The name of the source  file that is created in the source file manager
