Source Setup Area

In the source area you can find the toolbar with collection of buttons to access Acomba Software and its database, Filter the required output and setup the final source.

Next down are two options, buttons that let you set the display of the data between short display that is including the Recipients Names and their E-mails or the extended view that is used mostly for envelopes and labels and which are including full mail address but are not displayed the emails.

When the first time the data is displayed or it is reset by the user only the Recipients table is visible and all records of Customers, or Suppliers, or Employees but never together are displayed. If the user is applying the data filter the Filter table is appearing in the upper part of the Source Area and the Recipients table is moving to the lower part of the Source Area. The options buttons are affecting both, the recipients and the filter display.
