This menu contains two options:


  1. Browse Word Documents - this menu item is defined to brows the directory and search for the MS Word documents. When the button is Clicked the [Folder Browser Dialog] window will appear. From there, you can select the folder where the application should search for the MS Word Documents. Notice, that the search will only performed in selected folder and will not access any sub folder that selected directory contains.

When the documents are found another window appear displaying the list of the names of found files. Notice, that the selected directory's path is appearing above the list of the names.

In order to process you document of the choice you have to click one from a displayed list. You can only select one document at the time and then click button in order to activate a loading of select document in MS Word window. When document will end to load successfully it is going to me ready for the merge Mail processing and any other procedure defined in MS Word application.


  1. Load Explorer - it is the second menu item that helps you browse trough the whole files and folders. The Explorer is able to load any file or program of your choice. You will also find there mini navigator to move forward and backward trough already seen folders. In the menu you will find the tool to open a new MS Word document in order to create new e-mail or the newsletter. You are not obligated to use the browsers and open the documents with their assistance however, they are design to help you in moving between Data Source Designer and MS Word documents without any additional tools involved and accomplish your task as soon as possible
