The Navigation pane is contains the folders only and is help you in the navigation though the Windows directory in order to find the appropriate document for the News Letter. The folders are opening in the tree control displaying the hierarchy between the folders and its sub-folders. The navigation pane can me hide or displayed using the Folder button as below



you can also control the display of that pane using menu View => Folders.
