Filter - Select All
This checkbox is helping you in select or unselect all rows in the filter table. When is checked all rows become checked and when unchecked all rows become unchecked. Notice that when you uncheck at lease one row manually, the checkbox is going to me automatically unchecked since not all rows in the [Filter Table] are selected anymore. Ctrl+Shift+Space is the shortcut key for triggering Check/Uncheck action.
When the rows in the [Filter Table] are checked you can move them to the recipients table by clicking the append data button 
. If the rows are unique they will me transferred
to the [Recipients Table] from where you can create the Data Source.
