The [Run Filter Button] is disabled until one of parameters in the System Defined Filter is selected and the parameter in the User Defined Filter control is defined. When parameters are set and the [Run Filter Button] is clicked the application is filtering the data and places results in the Filter Table. at the same time the User Defined parameter is memorized in the User Defined Filter control for the future use. The data filtering can me repeat until the appropriate rows are selected for recipients source file. In order to move selected data from the Filter Table  Append To Recipients Button control has to me used.

- Append To Recipients Button has to me click in order to move the selected rows from the Filter to Recipients Table.
