The [Append To Recipients Button] is disabled until one of parameters in the System Defined Filter is selected and the parameter in the User Defined Filter control is defined. When is active it moves selected rows from the Filter to Recipients Table.



There are some rules defined for that procedure and listed below:

  1. At least one row has to me in the [Filter Table] and that row is not already moved to the [Recipients Table]
  2. There are not allowed duplicates in the [Recipients Table]
  3. The checkbox field in the [Filter Row] has to me checked in order to move it to the [Recipients Table] has to me checked
  4. You can move more then one row from the [Filter Table] to the [Recipients Table] but any row that already exists in  the [Recipients Table] will me excluded from the transferred
  5. collection
  6. You can select all rows for the transfer at ones by checking [Select/Reselect All checkbox].
  7. You can reset selection of the rows in the [Filter Table] by unchecking  [Select/Reselect All checkbox].
  8. Rows are always append to the [Recipients Table] and can me sorted by clicking the field of the [Recipients Table Header]
  9. Sorting can me Ascending  [A=>Z] or Descending [Z=>A]
  10. In order to append the filtered records:

       a)  Select Parameter in System Defined Filter

       

         or  


       b)  Insert the Parameter in the User Defined Filter  


       


       c)  Click Run Filter Button  


       

       

       d)  Check the rows that you want to move to the Recipients table by checking the checkbox field in selected row or if you prefer to transfer all rows at ones by checking the Select/Deselect        \    All checkbox

               

                 or  

               

               e)  Click Append button

               

               

               

               All valid rows will me transferred

to the recipients table.
